Balancing the needs of parents with those of toddlers is not an impossibility. The goal for this

great room

was to create a multigenerational sweet spot where the family can be together but each still do their own thing. The

created a challenge which, in the end, helped shape the final design of the

entertainment center.

Lowering the top of the unit and incorporating floating shelves provided the perfect balance so that this

doesn’t overwhelm the room.
