Entertainment Center & Library Bookcases

Relocating to a vibrant Continuing Care Retirement Community, our customers knew they needed to downsize. As with all voracious readers, it was hard to contemplate parting with their well loved books and treasured artwork. With that in mind, we were able to create a library and entertainment center capable of holding their collected volumes and media equipment. The library begins in the entryway and leads you into their gracious living room. Wrapping the room, the bookcases have adjustable shelves which provide flexible storage, always a necessity for the inevitable additions to the collection. Retractable pocket doors were employed in upper cabinets of the media center to allow for ease of movement in the intimate space. Lower cabinets are deeper to conceal bulky items such as board games or lap robes.
