To expand the functionality of her home, our customer reclaimed an unused loft area and transformed it to a place of beauty. She had plenty of room for hanging clothes in her
dressing room
but she needed drawers, lots of drawers! This airy space was the perfect location for expanding her wardrobe storage. With 20 drawers, there is ample space for every conceivable element of her wardrobe, from bulky sweaters to delicate scarves and jewelry.
Glass fronted doors
are essential for an extensive
handbag collection.
Not only do they protect her investment, but she has the pleasure of enjoying them every time she walks into the room.
Added features:
Since there is a heating duct in the corner of the room, it was important to design the cabinet so it did not interfere with airflow. By integrating a
heat vent
into the countertop, we allowed air circulation to remain unobstructed.
Low voltage lighting was installed in three corner cabinets with the entire system on a
dimmer switch
located outside the cabinet. Compact and discrete, the switch allows for fingertip control to get the exact level of light she desires. Low voltage LED lighting does not cause heat build-up which is crucial to the performance of the system.
